About me
Curious by nature. Making things by choice.
I'm Dominik Kiessling. I enjoy exploring ideas, building personal tools and finding small ways to make everyday things simpler.
What draws me to a project
Often, it starts with something small: a note that needs a home, a process with one step too many, or a question I want to explore. I like working from that first spark toward something I can try and improve.
My workbench
- Personal tools: focused applications that help organise projects and ideas.
- Learning experiments: small ways to practise, discover and build a habit.
- Web experiences: clear pages, thoughtful typography and interfaces that feel comfortable to use.
Nuxt, TypeScript and Markdown are part of the workbench for this portfolio. The choice of tool follows the idea and what it needs.
What you'll find here
Selected projects sit alongside a journal about the process: what started an idea, the decisions that shaped it and what there is to learn from the result.
The current project stories and articles are sample content while I refine the site. They give the portfolio a shape; my full background and personal stories will follow.
